In Colorado, we have this wonderful tool called TABOR (Taxpayer Bill of Rights). As a contractor, I know how to use the proper tool for the proper project. The Democrats use it like the max-out-of-pocket amount clause of a health insurance policy; They will bleed it to the last cent that they can nick. I would do the opposite and believe we could build enough business in this state that TABOR would provide healthy dividends.
Energy, I want to repeal SB16-023; This greenhouse gas schedule is arbitrary. I want to build more natural gas plants and continue with its infrastructure in new construction. Electric heat pumps are not powerful enough or reliable. The retrofits that come due soon of our homes and buildings to meet the specifications are a drain on society.
Election Integrity
Return elections to the county precincts: in-person same day voting with photo identification and paper ballots hand counted under video surveillance. It will be such a fun day, and all parties will be cordial.
I support the Electoral College. The Founding Fathers were wise when they promoted the Federalist System. I agree with them that, for example, a hardworking farmer carries more weight than a group of drug-addicted homeless city slickers.

I support the Children are NOT for Sale Act, Protect Girls' Sports Act and Protect Kids from Irreversible Sex-Rejecting Surgeries Act on the ballot this November.
I think the 700ish attorneys in the Attorney General's office should provide adoption assistance to make the sanctity of life easier to achieve.
I think doula and midwifery should be part of high school curriculum and help return a natural bodily function back to nature and women while maintaining the medical progress. I think basic dental care could also be part of a trade program.
